Every participant moves through the same six stages, delivered across a national network of university and polytechnic labs.

Design thinking and MVP development, turning ideas into working prototypes.
The National AI Sprint. The strongest 30 teams advance to Venture.
Business coaching and mentoring shape prototypes into real ventures.
Pitch day. The top 10 startups receive seed funding and incubation handover.
